I had 3 family members that needed to establish a new physician. I called and spoke to an 'ANNA' at the front desk. She was rude to say the least when I asked if the doctor was an American or at the least, spoke where we could understand. As a born American citizen, I have EVERY right to ask that question. She told me she would not speak to me and hung up. I have filed several reviews on GOOGLE regarding the professionalism of this office and their staff. I also have a call-back from the complaint department at the AMA for discrimination and I will be making a complaint on the BBB. I will not put up with this treatment from ANY doctor office when I ask a question or two about the doctor I will be choosing. ANNA was very UNPROFESSIONAL and has cost her employee 3 patients. She needs to seek employment elsewhere as she is not fit for any type of customer service. This is far from over. I believe I was REVERSE discriminated against. When the day comes I don't have the right to ask if I… can understand the doctor I may choose, is the day SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! I intend to do just that by way of the AMERICAN Medical Association. See? WE AMERICANS can be discriminated against TOO!
