He showed the most concern and compassion after I was left in the cold by another local practicioner, who was practicing unenthically and lost thier licence. After searching forever I found Dr. Makhoul, who scheduled me a quick appointment and then proceeded to do a complete review of my medical history. This man cares about his patients. He's not always the easiest to get ahold of, he's sometimes overbooked, but he's caring for alot of patients who need him. Don't be fooled by the reviews of those who say he doesn't listen or he only sees me for 5 minutes. He's spending time reviewing your chart and your lab's and relevent info long before he comes to see you. If a new issue has arisen you can be sure your "5 minutes" is going to turn into a series of questions and plans/referrals. He's on top of his game and I would trust him with just about anything!!

I would recommend this doctor to family and friends. Very kind hearted, knowledgeable, and friendly. Asked appropriate questions and listened well. Didn't have to wait long.
