Dr. Mubarik Ahmad Khan, MD

Hate this place with a passion. They schedule multiple appointments unnecessarily just so they can bill more to patients and insurance companies. They constantly call asking to see you for no reason. To top everything off, the front desk staff is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The MD is great. The staff is horrible! Incompetent, rude, uncooperative. Impossible to get test results. Unable to schedule a Televisit. Staff continually interrupts when I am speaking

Had a great experience with Dr. Khan! He was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. Front desk was also super friendly and helpful. I was searching for a primary care physician for a while and finally found one! Will definitely be recommending Dr. Khan to all of my family and friends.

The front desk personnel needs to learn to be more professional.

I don't have any complaints for the doctor. He was great, but I see management needs change. Someone called me the other day from doctor's office to schedule an appointment for consultation regarding blood report, and I picked a date. I took morning off from work and went there on time, but the doctor was in different office. He goes to that office only on Thursdays. The receptionist there put me through a call with another receptionist from another office where Dr. Khan was that day. I asked her why wasn't I told when someone called me to setup the appointment. But she mentioned patients come to both the offices. How would I know? The lady I spoke with over phone wasn't sorry for miscommunication from their end, rather she aggressively asked me if I was going to come to another office which was 4/5 miles away. Horrible people. Ruined my morning. The frustrating part was the receptionist in the office that I visited, once putting me on phone with another receptionist from another… office started talking over personal phone to someone in her own language, while she made me talk to another person from different office. Hopefully they will value people's time.

The receptionist set up an appointment for the office where the doctor was not even scheduled to visit. They then ask me to go to different office where the doctor is and said all the patients do the same here, they go to multiple offices. They should have given me a heads ups that the doctor is in different office. There was no sorry or apology for the screw up from the receptionist, no value of time. Don't have complains about the doctor but the receptionist sucks. They are not fit for the job.

Dr Khan paid very close attention to detail. He answered all my questions thoughly and was not in any type of rush. Many times when I go to the doctor I am rushed and the doctor becomes agitated with my questions. However, that was not the case with Dr Khan. I will definitely be back and I recommend him to everyone! He is my moms primary physician. He made the visit go as smoothly as possible. He is a very trusting and friendly doctor.
