The office staff and doctor are pleasant enough. The issue is their billing. I made an appointment to obtain a referral. Paid my office co-pay, saw the doctor, got the referral, and upon leaving I was told I was good to go. No balance due. Months later I received a bill for an additional amount which I have address with the front office and the billing department. They each point the finger at each other. The receptionist has told me she would investigate this and get back to me - 4 times. I am still waiting for the first call back. I have written to the doctor himself and still have no explanation. Very simple - when I see a dentist, they examine me and tell me in advance what I can expect. I have never received a bill after a medical visit for procedure I did not consent to nor was I advised was part of my visit. If a small enough issue is not answered for, I hate to see if I large enough issue came about. I am now a patient to another doctor. Thank you.

I was a patient of dr sabapathy for Several years. I was healthy several years. I was extremely upset to find out that Dr. S has left the area since that time I have been followed by several doctors none of which I am comfortable with. There is one doctor My rheumatologist who is the only one. I would give anything to hear from Dr. S to resume my care with him. He’s kind resourceful talented and appreciate it
