REPORT Dr. Farooqi to the Medical Board of California. If you had bad or negligent care, don't waste your time on a review, report him instead. His behavior needs to change—if you are reading this and had a bad experience join me in reporting his negligence to the board. He should not allowed to keep practicing the way he has been. He left me in so much physical pain and mental anguish after a routine endoscopy. This should not be the standard of care! REPORT. Or he will never change.

Doctor and staff was helpful throughout the process. My follow ups were scheduled promptly.

My wife is been attended in that office with a duodenal ulcer. She didn't have received any treatment because the personal is very incompetent, specially Julio, He is a medical assistant. He was very rude with her and very unprofessional. She contacted to her insurance in multiple occasions to make sure that the medication was accepted for them. The insurance company accepted the Nexium (Esomeprazole), but she continue without any treatment for more than 2 weeks. I would never recommend that medical office for anybody. I hope this comment help you to make any decision. Thanks

Doctor didn't seem to care or ask to many questions on how your feeling. Not personable at all. Did not make me feel welcome. The wait is ridiculous and the facility smells since there is such a small waiting area. Would not recommend anyone to go see this doctor.

I walked into the office, after traveling there directly from my doctor's office on an urgent endoscopy referral, and was super rudely greeted by a lady at the front desk with black shoulder length hair, she asked me questions that required me to be a mind reader... starting out with, 'are you the patient we've been waiting for?' -- then, when I asked what the private pay cost would be, she got fired up and asked 'why didnt your doctor's office tell us you don't have insurance?' She then told me my doctor's office should have sent me to another place that takes patients who don't have insurance. Was my doctor's receptionist also supposed to read her mind on THAT one? I know it's Halloween today, but she was a witch and didn't even need a costume, that's how awful she was. Obviously this doctor's office doesn't rely on customer service or public relations and its a mill. I can imagine what its like when you get to the doctor.
