If I could give zero stars I would. This Doctor is horrible as is his entire staff. I am in absolute awe that he is aloud to practice medicine. DO NOT GO HERE.

Doctor seems ok. . expect to wait for over an hour for your appointments. The office staff is horrendous! Horrendous is an understatement. They call 5 min before appointments to cancel, tell you your appt is on one day and schedule for a different day etc. They are rude, unorganized and should not run a desk. Literally every appt the rescan my insurance card because "we lost the one on file" Just not worth the struggle.

He is a terrible, terrible doctor. His staff is rude as can be, including the office manager. If you miss one appointment the office manager will actually scream at you. The doctor throws medicine at you and doesn't even stay five minutes in the room with you. He doesn't treat any diseases. I heard from an employee that they don't allow the staff to bring in any pork due to their religion. Before I had a scope there I noticed that there was still some stuff on the scope from the last procedure and I left. Please do not go to this office. It is disgusting there and the people there are not friendly at all.

I never give up Dr Al Midani is the Best Gastroerolgest I've ever had I am Grateful for that. I personally have a twisted since of Humor that's what got me though the rough times of abuse of my x to lose of my Brother Will- Than my Mom Than my aunt Margaret than my other Brother Mark. I saw Dr. Al-Midani back in 2011 and have since moved to Florida and have seen 3 other Gastroenterologist and none of them are as Amazing, knowledgeable, and Caring as Dr. Al-Midani. I wish I could fly back to Burton just to see him. Thank you for all you did.
