Dr. Muhammad Nouman Azhar, MD

Dr. Azar for example could not care less about his patients and seems content to write scripts and cash his check. The last dozen appointments I've had with him were all easily under two minutes during which he appeared uninterested. Another source of irritation was about a year ago when I asked for an increase in my medication. As soon as I suggested increasing the dosage, he looked up and said I had to take a "random" drug test (which I found hilarious, as if the requested increase in dosage had nothing to do with the drug test). I passed but had to pay for the test out of pocket... I have not requested for further increases or changes in medication out of fear that I will have to pay out of pocket again.

Cancelled my appointment because I asked about FMLA paperwork for my employer. Unprofessional and uncaring. STAY AWAY.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
