He is a wonderful listener; very kind. He really "gets" what it's like for patients with brain illnesses. Never talks down to us. Wide-ranging, thorough knowledge of meds and research, including the very latest. I am so fortunate to work with a doctor of his caliber. Dr. Cheema has, more than once, saved my life. I very highly recommend him.

Dr. Cheema is the best! He is very personable, patient and kind. He always listens intently to my concerns and provides me with positive and constructive feedback that I can implement into my daily life. He answers any questions regarding medication that I may have and is easy to get a hold of in between my appointments incase I have a question or concern. He is very quick to reply. Dr. Cheema genuinely cares about all of his patients and I recommend him to anyone in search of a brilliant and friendly psychiatrist!

I am an ongoing patient with Dr. Cheema, approximately 3 years now. Because of his professional treatment plan, I’ve made much progress. He is patient, kind and understanding. He suggests positive strategies to keep pushing forward under medical circumstances. His concerns regarding my care, shows he’s a person that cares about his patients. I would highly recommend. Dr. Cheema is an extremely intelligent individual. He is able to handle complex, dual-diagnosis patients very well. He has always listened to his patients and spends adequate if not more time talking with his patients now. He treats his patients with respect and has excellent bedside manner. I have been his patient since 2012 after being referred by Rochester General Hospital after a MVA resulting from a psychotic break. Be truthful and he will be part of the team it takes to put you back together again. Without Dr. Cheema's care, I wouldn't be alive today writing this review. Thank you Dr. Cheema. You are worth every penny as a provider and even more as a friend.
