Not all employees wearing mask during COVID. No hand sanitizer for patient use. Chairs right next to each other in waiting room during COVID. Waiting room small which leaves little privacy when checking-in or checking-out.

When you ask him a question, he does his best to answer and not dismiss your concerns. Very approachable and foresighted. He and his staff are great at following up on tests and appointments. It is nice to go to a doctors office where they care , know your name, and you don’t feel like you are just another payment from your insurance company.

Office staff is worst I've ever encountered. They do not return phone calls, I talk to a different person every time I call, takes 4 days to fill prescriptions, must repeatedly badger them to get questions answered, urgent appointments are nonexistent and must travel 20 minutes to their brand of "urgent care". Would not recommend them to anybody. Impossible to see dr without an appointment scheduled months in advance. No "bedside manner." Only knows me from the chart in front of him.
