Dr. Muhammad Atif Shamshad Jadoon, MD

If you like having your appointments cancelled without prior notice and your prescription refill requests denied as a result of the office staff’s poor organizational skills, then Dr. Jadoon and Oschner’s are a perfect fit. I have had two appointments cancelled and/or rescheduled without prior notification from Dr. Jadoon’s office. Both appointments were routine check-ups that are coordinated with the issuance of a prescription I must take daily. I actually arrived to one of the appointments only to be told the visit had been cancelled because Dr. Jadoon had left for the day. I live and work 45 minutes away from Dr. Jadoon’s office. After rescheduling one of the appointments Dr. Jadoon, cancelled, his office changed the appointment’s time without consulting me regarding whether or not changing the time would be convenient or even feasible for me. Additionally, my time-sensitive prescription refill request was cancelled due to the mistiming of office visits and… prescription issuance caused by Dr. Jadoon himself. When I reached out to Dr. Jadoon for a resolution through Oschener’s MyChart app, I received no response. I was without a medicine I must take daily for THREE DAYS due to a scheduling issue caused by Dr. Jadoon. He did NOTHING to mitigate the discomfort he caused. So much for “first, to do no harm.” All of this correspondence is recorded and time stamped within the app for easy verification.

My wife and I have been under Dr. Jadoon's care for more than two years. We are both in our 70's. Dr. Jadoon takes a personal interest in our care. He listens. As a specific example, he has done an outstanding job of controlling our blood pressure.
