Dr. Muhammad Mazen Kudaimi, MD

We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled time. Once we checked in, we were told by one of the nurses that Dr. Kudaimi is never on time, if he is 20 minutes late that is considered early for him. That’s very unprofessional of him. We were then told by two more nurses that it’s pretty common for him to be late. The colonoscopy was scheduled for 8:30 and it did not take place until 10:30. I’m sure it was not the patients doing either. It’s unacceptable for any adult to show up late to their job and it’s sad this hospital tolerates it. If Dr. Kudaimi struggles with showing up to work on time, maybe he should schedule patients at a later time that fits his schedule.

I did a colonoscopy, he didn't provide enough information. and I had to call several times in order to understand what my diagnosis was. and he brought me to the office several time to answer a question he would have answered over the phone. and every time I show up they seem lost and cant' remember anything. and if I try to contact the doctor, he never responds and always wants to bring me to the office instead. he does not check me up, only answer the question he could have answered on the phone instead. what a greedy doctor he is. I am going to look for another doctor instead.

I would choose him again and tell others

Waited 1.5 hours, just for the paper work. When asked how much longer, the doctor wasn't even in the office yet, and the staff had no idea of his location, or when he would return.

The most amazing doctor I've ever seen. Such a big heart. So kind. Thank you for my health.
