A sadistic and abusive man

Dr. M has been a blessing to me. He truly cares about your well-being and went above and beyond for me. He's trustworthy, listens and answers questions. I feel like I've been given a second chance at life again because I was at my breaking point. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as he and his staff are amazing and professional

I went to Dr Muhannad due to work related stress. In addition, to helping cope with work he also is helping me to deal with ever day issues that could keep stress level high. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was very difficult finding a provider that didn't have a really long wait list but Dr. M could see us and we have had a great experience seeing him the past few months. Please avoid this place at all costs! Dr. Kassawat is so arrogant! He is a narcissist!-a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves. "narcissists who think the world revolves around them". During my 1st appointment with him- he showed No compassion or understanding- he wasn't even listening when i was talking-he was too preoccupied with checking his watch-he had no interest in what i was saying- like nothing i was expressing to him mattered. He even rolled his eyes at me several times. My appointment was also interrupted several times so that he could take phone calls-while i just sat there and waited. The few minutes that i did spend with him were useless. This is supposed to be a Dr. who is trying to help you- he is pathetic. Be cautious - because he has a tendency to get his patients and their medicines confused! Wake up Mahoning and Trumbull County. This is the man who is supposed to be helping our community with our current opiate epidemic. If… someone you love needs help and is struggling with an addiction and you take them to a hospital in Mahoning or Trumbull county for detox or help- He is the Dr. they have to deal with! Dr. Kassawat shows no compassion or understanding with any of his patients!!!
