Dr. Islam was very professional and also welcoming and friendly. He gave sound advice and lucid explanations to my particular issue. I felt like he listened to me and explained things in a way that was not the least bit condescending. The nurse( I forgot her name) was very helpful as well. Her explanation on how to use my at home sleep study kit was excellent and I felt confident the whole way through.

The provider was running 2 hours late. I missed my ride home and was stuck in Springfield with no way home. The provider did give me the appropriate amount of time for the appointment as much as possible
