Dr. Mukesh C Aggarwal, MD

I was a patient of Dr A since 2017. I recently moved to Maine. I trying to find a doctor here. I have always loved Dr A, and his staff. The other day I called in research of my records and was told that I have to pay for them. I feel I have spent a ton of money at this office and I would still be there if I didn’t relocate. Whoever Pam in the office is (not the new Pam, the other…. She was very unprofessional and quite rude. I think you should be aware. Just hope she isn’t the one who reads this review and deletes it! Extremely disappointed as I have always dealt with courteous people in your office. AGAIN, I AM REQUSTING a copy of MY records that I have paid for!!

Excellent care by doctor and staff, fixed cataracts in both my eyes, couldn't be more pleased with the procedure or the outcome.

Too much upselling their services or products. They charge you just to get your lens prescription. Some eyeglass places include it in the price of the glasses. Had to wait 45 min for first part of exam. Then waited in another room for 45 min for the 2nd part. Total time there - 2 hours. Much too long.

I have been with Dr Aggarwal for over 3 years and i have had wonderful results. He is knowledgable and talented in is work. The staff there is just great

This office and Dr have rather poor communication and little regard for the patient. They are more interested in selling something or performing surgery than dealing with the patient

I was seen by David Sullivan and all he did while I was there was to talk to 2 of his female staff making it so uncomfortable for me being talk about like I was not there. He scared me by telling me I have a very bad Glaucoma and will go blind very soon no matter what I do. He suggest a test which he told the ladies doctor is not here so won’t charge this patient. ( If he is not here and don’t know about it he won’t complaint) I guess he was talking about the owner. We completed the test and he told me I was right but this unit is real old so I want you to come to our location in Merritt Island for test with the new one. I can’t do it for free but we make sure it’s not much. The date was set and then canceled by the doctor which was going on vacation. So professional that gets the customer set a date and just goes on vacation. Next I know the charges accur on my charge card with out my permission that I had to call a few times to cancel. To top the situation I go to order the… contacts and was told all the numbers are incorrect or very rare To a point that I need to fix or get tester again. I went back the doctor which I hate to call him that refuses to come out and talk to me or when came ou just walked by me saying ( there are so many numbers out there and I can’t remeber that. You can’t take the customers word please research this and let me know ). When they told him that he was wrong there are some out there but not in common he told them to change the proscription and walked away. DONT TEUST YOUR PRECIOUS EYES TO THIS BUTTCHERS.

Up selling! Costly extra techs and nurses! Long waits! I went for a simple eye exam for a diabetic which had an agreed price with my insurance. A tech did a few exams but one was a hearing test! I questioned this , and was told it was part of the exam and was included in the price. When the doctor finally arrived, he was escorted by three others. Watching what everyone did the best I could, the Dr could have done everything himself. They tried to bill me for the hearing test and one graphic that was not needed which took several phone calls to resolve with different people.

More interested in selling plugs and cosmetic surgery

I would RUN the other way. Had to go to 6 other Doctors to fix my eye he did.
