Dr. Mukesh Arora, MD

Our experience has been a visit that lasts only a few minutes with no real resolve. My mother had an appointment to ask about a swollen feeling in her throat. The doctor never looked inside her mouth nor touched her and referred her to a neurologist. Other appointments she has had he sits behind a desk and does not examine things physically. He prescribed a medicine that we had already had a poor side effect from. It is hard to trust a doctor that does not take time to exam or look at past prescription history.

I left this place! And you should too! I've never been treated so awefull in a doctor's office as I have by this guy and his evil minions!They lie after lie after lie! From not giving me my medical records to telling me I'm a waste of time . And can't even help a person with a cold or the flu. And they know it ! Rude as rude gets, plus you pay for this.. A joke on me stupid and gullable this office came from down below.....

The office ladies could not get a pre-autorization paperwork done correctly so my procedure was canceled. Ordered 2 test in the lab. Completed them but they just cant find the results. They been trying to contact the lab for a week but can't find time to contact the lab. Lied to me that doctor will call me on 3 occasions and he never did because maybe he just doesn't care. Very incompetent and unknowable team. Doctor can only be as good as his team. The fact that he never called me to fix this says a lot. Never got the results for anything and refused to return money. Terrible office.

I've been with Dr. Arora for years and have always had the most attentive, caring, and thorough visits. He's not one for pushing prescriptions or quick to advise surgery. I highly recommend him.

Dr Arora is highly professional and quite knowledgable in his field , which is reflected in all aspects of his practice ,and his office personnel.His accuracy in diagnosing my bipolar pulmonary embolism and immediate treatment of same five years ago most assuradly saved my life. His continued ongoing treatment has been excellent, and setting appointment dates and times have always been to my convenience.In regards to Dr. Arora's bedside manner and time spent during visits,he is always very pleasant, informative, and questions every aspect of my ongoing condition as well as updating all needed prescriptions in a timely matter.I have never felt shorted in time spent or left his office with unanswered questions.I have placed all my confidence in Dr. Arora and his staff,and will continue for many years to come.

This dr. has seemingly gone downhill---he seems to be very quick to dispense drugs in lieu of any tests. Disappointed--will change.

I saw Dr. Arora for a physical and the only thing my physical consisted of was 2 questions: Do I smoke or do I drink.. Last time I checked a physical was MUCH more than that. He is not friendly and not pleasant with his patients.
