Dr. Tripathi is very nice and attentive. Her staff is also. She caught a medical I had just thru a routine exam. I was referred to a specialists right away.

Staff rude. Does not care about patients. Wrong office address online so if you’re late because you went to the wrong location they won’t see you and send you away. Don’t care that the patient and family arranged their schedule (work, etc) to be there and just expect them to reschedule. What a joke. Staff at desk know that information is wrong and no one cares. UAB needs to do something about lack of customer service, lack of empathy, poor attitudes, poor work ethic. I’m finding another doctor

I developed pain and numbness and tried to reach her for a neurologist referral but unable to. Left msg to her nurse daily, still no response

Horrible experience. Horrible doctor and staff. Do not listen, no bed side manner whatsoever
