Patient, kind, compassionate and caring Doctor that actually listens. Had stomach issues for years, would go to ER several times a year with severe abdominal pain and they would run a few tests, give me something for pain and send me on my way--never with a diagnosis. I was referred to Dr. Mehra by new internal medicine dr. (mine retired) and he suspected sphincter of Otti dysfunction, ran test, confirmed, placed stint in bile duct and have had no problems in 4 years. One of the most thorough dr.'s I have ever been to.

Went beyond the norm. I was diagnosed with colon cancer previously. He got all my old records and said there is more to my case. He ordered a gene test for lynch (sp?) and then made sure we screen for a bunch of other cancers which were being done. I also know to have my famy checked too

I was impressed by his willingness to handle my case as a 3rd opinion. Many people misdiagnosed me and without doing a procedure like many docs like to force on you, he figured out I had pancreas insufficiency. He values feedback and I suggest that anyone with a complaint which can't be figures out to see him!

I work in a medical office. We pride ourselves on front desk courtesy and compassion for our patients. (New and existing)But, I would love to teach the front desk staff of this office a few things on common courtesy and just "Smiling" in general. If they don't like their jobs, leave it! If they worked in our office they wouldn't last one day. They act like I inconvenience them every time I come in. Doctor is great, but needs to clean house on front desk staff!!!

My husband and I drive almost an hour to see Dr. Mehra. He is one of the friendliest doctor we have ever met. We would him to anyone.
