Muneer Ahmad Khan

I’m a nurse and I’ve worked with different types of doctors. Also have had severally medical problems (multi cancers, removals, treatments, etc) in my life. So Ive seen my more than my fair share of doctors. I’m very picky about my doctors that treatment because I’ve worked and come across some than are just in it for money, pride, or anything but care of their patients. Dr. Muneer Kahn is truly a diamond in the ruff of doctors. I completely trust him, straight forward doesn’t beat around bush, and has plans in place to find answers. Totally respect him as a doctor and it helps he has a dry since of humor like mine. But most I’ve come across in the medical field with that since of humor love there career and helping people and are excellent at it. Thank you Dr Kahn.

I have been going to Dr khan for 3yrs now and the first couple times he seemed like he wanted to help so I stayed going, every time since it has gotten worse and worse, I have a history of thyroid cancer in my family, I myself have a cyst on one side and a nodule on the other side of my thyroid, he says because they aren't huge he sees no concern to check for cancer, he gave me a prescription that my insurance required a prior authorization on and after several days the pharmacy called me and said they still were waiting on it because they can't fill the medicine till they get the PA back, so I called Dr Khans office and spoke to his nurse, she informed me they would not fill the prior authorization form out because they get nothing out of it and it's a waste of their time cause insurance probably won't cover it anyways, I told her I needed it filled out and she wanted to argue it then she told me to call my insurance first to see what they say, so I called my insurance and was told… they need the form filled out before they could approve it, I told my insurance what the doctors office said and ins told me by law it is the doctors office job to fill it out if the ins is requesting it, I called doctors office back and they were rude telling me the insurance won't cover it so just to see if I can find a coupon for the medicine, I said the ins told me it's something they do cover for some patients but they have to have the forms filled out first, the lady at office said I will tell her and hung up on me, I will not return, this doctor and staff have gotten very rude and do not want to help or spend any time doing what they need to be doing and what they are required to do

Tried several years to work with Dr Khan on my diabetes. Every visit was a struggle to make any progress. Finally had enough and will never go back. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Seemed cold and indifferent.
