Couldn't even get past a phone call without the receptionist sounding annoyed with my questions. Just what I am looking for when I have a medical issue. /s

Been seeing her for over 5 years and what an improvement in her office staff! The prior people were unbelievably rude which is the last thing you need when you are sick! Actually was going to see a new doctor not because of her but her staff. She is careful without being frivolous with testing and what I especially like is she isn't quick to just give you a pill and get you out. Yes, she has been rushed sometimes but for the most part she takes her sweet time. I am comfortable with the level of care I get from her and am thrilled that she has new staff.

I've been seeing doctor Patel for over 10 years now, and I love her dearly. She is so professional and prompt. I didn't like her previous manager however, she was very rude. Her previous nurses were ok not very thorough but she has a new nurse and new receptionists. I now get voicemails from there automated system if a refill has been filled and to confirm my appointment! I also can email the doctor at anytime and she responses right away. Great Doctor I'd recommend any on with serious issues to see her.

No problem about Dr Patel personally but her office staff needs to be fired especially the front desk staff for being rude,grumpy,whiny,unprofessional and unapproachable and the Referral person for being unreachable and not doing her job.So difficult to reach , always a voice mail with no call back.Probably sleeping on her cubicle with a hangover.Terrible staff !Some ideas to get you started:-Write about overall experiences-Write about what you like or dislike about your physician-Write about whether you would recommend-Write as if you are talking to a peer who is asking your opinion

I ALWAYS have to wait 20-30 minutes and then when I am finally seen, she only spends about 5 minutes and I am out of the door paying my copay. Not satisfied at all. looking for a new Dr immediately!
