Disappointing experience.The wait time was long- 45 minutes, and the dentist did not provide a proper cleaning. Instead, he used a dental pick briefly in between my teeth and repeatedly commented on how clean my teeth already were. It felt like he was trying to avoid doing a full cleaning. When I pointed out that every other dentist I've visited performs a thorough cleaning. He didn't brush my teeth claiming brushing would be too abrasive for my teeth and that he doesn't follow other dentists' methods. No brushing, no use of flouride or polishing. I explained that I specifically booked a cleaning, and he replied that his staff can't explain his services. If he isn't willing to provide standard cleanings, he should consider hiring a dental hygienist. In addition, he placed water suction in my mouth when using his dental pick and asked me to close my mouth and it hurt my tongue. This practice came across as unprofessional and dismissive of patient expectations. Lazy and cheap.
