When I returned to advocate in a professional manner, he became demoralizing, screaming at me in front of his entire staff. When I asked to speak to an office manager, he shouted aloud and stated that "he is the boss"

I’m quite disappointed to see so many bad marks for this Doctor. I had a very pleasant experience and I felt that I was catered to appropriately. If I were to guess they probably had the expectation that it would as if it were a large practice where everything is like clockwork. If you don’t mind the small practice vibe I am positive you will achieve results with their many procedures. For me specifically I was on the fence about getting Lasik in my hometown of Bakersfield. Not only did my local practitioners push loans on me I felt like just another number. I will gladly make the drive from Bakersfield to Tulare every time because they treat me that much better. While your procedure results will vary based on age and circumstances of the what you are trying to correct or lessen. I can say I went from 100x100 Vision without glasses 20x10. I’ve never seen that well even in my youth! It took me being informed and of course having a capable Doctor. At least get a consultation and give… him a try. If your experience is anything like mine you won’t regret it! I almost didn’t get the procedure because of the false objections of what may fail. I’m glad I did get it, my quality of life is 100x better.

Terrible experience I would never go back or recommend this unethical and unprofessional doctor. He has a really nasty temper and would not listen to reason. I was treaded really bad and I even got yell at by this doctor.
