Dr. Murali Ankem, MD

Having experienced terrible treatment and bad surgeries at another facility, I was afraid I would never be able to find a doctor who could help me understand and receive the care necessary to rid my body of some very aggravating kidney stones, some large, some small. However, from the time I spoke with people in the office for an appointment, I had a feeling that this group "...knows its business and practices in a professional manner." Dr. Ankem, a practicing physician for thirty-seven years knows his field and also trains those interns to follow in his professional footsteps. I will forever be grateful to this entire practice and all those associated with the University of Louisville Hospital for such a positive experience. One can tell this group is doing things for people and they are happy in their chosen fields.

Poor communication with patient ...did not respond to nurses when notified of possible emergency situations...did not stay updated on patient condition....would not recommend...!!!!!
