Dr. Jatla is wonderful. He is so mild mannered and his bedside manner is second to none. Our daughter was extremely hesitant about her first visit but once it was over, she didn't remember why she had been so apprehensive. He was very thorough and not at all quick to order tests that he did not feel would give him the answers he was seeking. In the end, he was able to make an accurate diagnosis and our daughter was put on medications that have helped her immensely. Unfortunately our daughter is no longer considered a pediatric patient, but we will always remember Dr. Jatla and his staff very fondly!

Athough I do not have anything against Dr. Jatla's doctor skills, the billing side of this office is a joke. My daughter was seen for a 20 minute visit and that visit cost me $325. $50 copay and then the doctor billed me $275 after insurance. Beware - they bill doctor's appointments as hospital visits and you have to pay them as a deductible on top of your specialist copay. JOKE. Will never go back to Scott and White doctors again.

I will be forever grateful to him for not stopping to find the reason why my daughter's liver enzymes are elevated. Because of his persistence and thorough work I found out that my daughter has a rare genetic disease called POMPE.
