Dr. Murthy Sreemannarayana Vuppala, MD

This office is very unprofessional and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I called this morning to find out why I have not received a return phone call from their office. I learned that Dr Vupaula‘s nurse had to leave unexpectedly and he has a new assistant. I told the girl it wouldn’t my fault that she had to leave and then when I call and leave a message most people want to return call back. I ask was the new employee not trained to follow up on telephone calls. It could potentially mean life or death for some She told me I was hateful and hung up on me. So I’m hateful because their employees fail to do their jobs and follow up. If you can’t handle your office managers job; then maybe you should change careers. I would avoid this place at all cost. I see why the rating is below 3.

Intelligent and knowledgeable doctor who is very practical and gives excellent advice.

Dr Vuppala is a very caring doctors and listens to your concerns.

Could not ask for a better Doctor, very please with my care.
