Dr. Mustali Mustansir Dohadwala, MD

My 93 year old mother was referred to Dr. Dohadwala for a pacemaker. He explained everything, scheduled the procedure immediately and continued follow up after the surgery. He even offered to come to her home if she was unable to get to his office. Great office environment. Thank you Dr. Dohadwala.

I came to Dr Dohadwala for a second opinion 3 years ago and never left. Dr D. Stays current on advancements in the cardiac field. He makes you feel comfortable enough to discuss any aspects of your health care plan. Dr D. Is never dismissive of your health complaints, concerns and worries. He takes the time to explain your diagnosis, medications and testing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is easily accessible with ample parking.

I started going to Heartsafe 14 years ago Dr. Curtis was the attending cardiologist, the only cardiologist I trusted to take care of me. When Dr. Dohadwala took over I admit I was skeptical , when you’re comfortable with a doctor you trust it’s hard to change. Dr. Curtis reassured me that Dr. Dohadwala was an excellent doctor. I trusted his word. I am so glad I did. Dr. D, is the most wonderful, caring, Doctor I have ever had. He goes above and beyond to research and take care of his patients in a very professional manner, he’s thorough, he’s very smart and knowledgeable yet, caring and kind. Sometimes he runs behind because he takes the time the patient needs to talk and feel secure and safe with their diagnosis. If this is the case? I think to myself and say I’m thrilled he takes his time with all his patients as he does with me. When I feel scared and unsure he’s there for me always! Dr. Dohadwala’s practice isn’t an assembly line getting patients in and out a fast… as possible his practice is Real and it doesn’t matter how long my wait is. I'm comfortable knowing he genuinely cares about each and everyone of his patient’s. I don’t know what I would do without him on my side. I strongly recommend Heartsafe to anyone looking for a Great Cardiologist that Genuinely cares about his patients. He’s a True Professional. Dr.Mustali is a courteous, professional , thoughtful cardiologist who is easy to converse with and has great patient/doctor mannerisms that make you feel at ease with his diagnosis. My only complaint is that he is sometimes so busy it is hard to get to see him. I would highly recommend him and I am happy to be a patient of his. He has a comfortable way of answering my questions and never rushes to see another patient before your visit is done. Highly recommend him.

My mother recently needed an emergency pacemaker...her regular cardio doctor was on vacation - Dr. D (as he is referred to) was the Doctor available to do the procedure. My mother's situation was a dire and scary emergency one. Dr. D made this scary time for us far less scary. he was kind, caring, compassionate and genuinely involved and concerned for my mother's well being. He has followed up not only in his office but with phone calls to my mother as well -- even while on vacation in Disney with his family -- !! And no not his office but HIM. He has impressed us all with his bedside manner but his skills as well. Awful way to meet a great doctor but we would all HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a cardio doctor!! THE BEST!

Dr. D is genuinely committed to take the necessary time in order to make the correct diagnosis and begin the appropriate treatment without delay.

I waited over an hour before I was seen. During my wait I spoke with all of the others waiting and all had been there for more than an hour. Many of them had seen Dr Dohadwala several times before, and always wait at least an hour to 1 1/2 hours before being seen.

Treats staff like servants

Up to date, caring and professional. Takes the time to explain potential diagnoses as well as treatment plans in detail. Attentive, excellent staff. Highly recommend him and his practice.
