Dr. Myhanh Elise Bosse, MD

Dr. Bosse is an excellent physician...a true healer. She takes the time to listen and treat the "whole" person. Her patience and commonsense approach got to the heart of an issue I had been having for three weeks. All doctors should take a page from her playbook.

Terrible bedside manner, started giving me a diagnosis when I was just coming out of anesthesia.

Very bright, very thorough, looks for solutions beyond the obvious, great bedside manner. I think she is a great doctor.

I just picked this doc because I need the procedure done before I loose my insurance. It took 7 weeks to get the appt and during that phone call I also put a hold for the date of the procedure. So at the appt I my bp was taken and my weight 3 min with doc. who treated me as a number. I was than told my procedure appt was given away and I was forced to take the last appt of the day at 2:30 pm. What that meant was I would have for have no food for 33 hours. When making appt get the first appt of the day which is 9am. They won't tell you. Other wise you have to sit around for 2 days. Who has that time.

I must agree with many of the reviews out here. I felt that Dr. Bosse had it in her head what was wrong with me before she even listened to my symptoms and concerns. I have a swallowing problem which is why I went to a GE in the first place. I was diagnosed with Acid Reflux and mild gastritus but nothing ever addressed my trouble swallowing. I still can't swallow correctly and haven't been able to for 20 years now. She saw that I was 25 lbs. overweight and decided that must be it. When I told her what I had for breakfast (an egg and a 1/2 an English muffin) she said I need to stop eating muffins. Maybe she didn't know the difference between the two foods, it was very frustrating. I'm moving on to a specialist at Penn in hopes of finally finding out something helpful.

I had already been to 6 other specialists and has 5 other surgeries. I have been a nurse for 20 years. Though I am overweight, I didn't need yet another lecture: I had just lost 20 lbs in 2 months because of vomitting and diarrhea. When a nurse comes to your practice, its because they think you are the best! Its a compliment.Their friends and community members will often ask them, who's the best doc for....? Listening to the pt will often provide clues as to their well being. You jumped the gun before hearing me out. I still believe that you are an excellent diagnostician. I may be allergic to the medicine you prescribed; I need to confirm that with you tomorrow. That's what the literature says at least.

the first time I met Dr Bosse it was in her office in Jenkintown a crazy office with 100 doctors. Due to my symptons she scheduled me for my colonoscopy. She informed of the details of the procedure and checked on me before the procedure.We discovered I had colitis.I went back after 3yrs because I wasnot doing well and she is in Doylestown, she perosnally comes and gets you when time for your appt. I think she is a sweetheart, even thought we disagree on holistic alternatives and vitamins

Dr. Bosse did not "listen" to my symptoms. She drew her own conclusion that I had an "eating disorder." I have been suffering from irregularity since I was a child. She did not help me at all. She was very insensitive to me at the hospital, and did not act like she cared to follow up. I chose her because of her history with the elderly and because she was a woman, since I am a woman as well. What a waste of time. If you want a caring doctor, don't go to Dr. Bosse.
