Dr. Mylynda Beryl Massart, MD

Will be changing doctors thought that she would be a perfect fit but not at all. I have to wait a hour or more just to see her. Her promptness and time management skills are horrible. She doesn't follow up on lab results at all never received any calls regarding labs and had abnormal labs results still no call. The staff is horrible too look like they all sat on a tack. UPMC discriminate as far as insurances the medicare patients have to wait an extremely long time.

Dr. Massart is a doctor who truly cares about her patients.

I am so happy that I have Dr. Massart for my doctor. She spends time with me on each visit. I have time to discuss any problem I am having and each problem gets resolved. I have recommended her to friends and they are very happy.

Was very concerned about growths and moles, etc. on a certain area of my body. She looked at them for less than 3 SECONDS! She did not touch them or even look at the whole area. Then I felt like she just "pooh pooh-ed" my concern about these growths. I do not feel confident with her!

Her office is the worst to call and talk to anyone including someone to schedule a appointment , follow up on blood work has taken as long as 2 week , She seems too much in a hurrry to care about the person in need of help , if she sees you in the hospital she is not the best for bed side manner and seems to be just stopping in cause she has too. She would not be my favoite choice but now with insurances they way they are she may easier than trying to find and start with a new Dr . I wish she was as conserned about the persom in need as she is about her silly little hat

I am diabetic and I went to see Dr. Massart after not being satisfied with my previous doctor. She listened to my concerns and thoughts, took the time to explain things to me and made sure I understood. When there was a problem with my prescription she was very helpful in fixing it promptly

Great Dr. she truly loves and cares about her patients. She is very up to date on treatments. I have a rare disorder and she knew alot about it and what would be best for treatment. Dr Massart is the best.

When I first met her I was so very pleased that she took the time to listen to me. So many Dr.s don't even look at you as they are typing away. I don't mind waiting for her knowing that she is giving of her time to someone else meaning she will do so with me, also. She saved my life by accurately diagnosing a deadly situation and sending me to intensive care right away. I no longer have anxiety when a Dr appt. is looming as I used to in the past. My only complaint is she is hard to get in to see because everybody loves her. You go girl!

I read a comment by some dude elsewhere that Dr. Massart was 'emotional' and this dude wasn't sure how much she actually knew. Don't let that misogynist interpretation throw you off: Dr. Massart is bright, well schooled, uses the latest technology to help her patients. She cares tremendously about more than a codable diagnosis, and she asks about the whole person. I am glad my daughter, who is diabetic, and I get to see her. If she can't see us, her assistant Emily, who is also wonderful, will see us. They 'get it' with my daughter compromised immune system and they take our medical issues very seriously. We got SUPER LUCKY with Dr. Massart and Erin.
