Dr. Reed and her staff are great at what they do. I have plenty of time to explain my issues and I am never rushed. Treatment here is the best. I walk in and are seen in 5 mins or less. Dr. Reeds experience and knowledge is top grade and she is always staying on top of the latest information. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Reed's approach is unique in that, in addition to addressing any current medical issues I might be experiencing, her focus on prevention has strengthened my health immensely. Her knowledge of nutrition and natural supplements is unbelievable! I have never felt better in my life due to her expertise.

I have been a patient of Dr Myra Reed for 13 years. As a senior citizen I have had the opportunity to undergo treatment by many physicians and medical staff through the years and can judge excellent care. Dr. Reed, has a vast knowledge of whatever ails you. I've been her patient for 14 yrs. And I wouldn't trust any Doctor as much as I trust her. Plus, she's caring and takes time with each of her patient's. She is known by almost everyone in Bay County. She has a BIG fan club, including me. Thanks Dr. Reed

I have been going here for almost 3 years,those who stated the wait was too long, that is because they actually spend the time to talk to you. I have never seen the bathroom or any other room dirty and I love the nurses. I'm willing to wait because I know they are trying to give everyone good care. I have been in the medical field as an EMT for 24 years I have seen doctors just spend 5 -10 mins with a patient and push them out the door. They leave and don't understand their diagnois. I always know if I have a medical problem and the treatment plan. If you want good care these are the doctors for you...

Getting in for an appt was easy, the staff especially in the front, were extremely nice and helpful. The waiting area was decorated nicely. I had plenty of time to check out all the details because I waited for about 1 hr or so there, and 1 hr in the room waiting to see the Dr. I was very disappointed with the actual room I went to to see the Dr., and the bathroom I used while having to wait in that room. The trash cans were overflowing, there was trash (ex. band-aid wrappers, alcohol pads and wrappers). I wont even go into what was overflowing in the bathroom trash, but it was on the floor as well. The back is just nasty, doesn't make you feel like you are at a Drs office, and that things are clean and sterile. Overall disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr. Reed for 15 plus years and HIGHLY reccomend her.

Dr. Reed is a very caring, sweet-natured doctor who has been accurate every time on my ills. She is a great diagnostician.She is very approachable, no "god-complex."The waits have gotten longer and longer, I suggest an early morning appointment if you are in a hurry. Some staff could use a handful of warm fuzzies to improve their interactions with patients.

I was a new patient went in. I was sitting there for an hour and a half. This was the worst experience ever. The staff was rude. I called in for the appt. They were short and asked me what my co-pay was. I was getting ready to say "not sure is your office considered a specialist?" Rude office staff cut me off after not sure and said. "You better find that out". I would run from this place!!!! seriously. RUN.
