Dr seems to be too busy to take time with the patients. Not at all satisfied with the staff.

I am absolutely appalled by their customer service. I have been a patient here for a while now, and all the sudden the customer service here went right down the tubes. They do not try to help you in any way what so ever, instead of trying to help and find a solution expect a "No we don't." or "I don't know." in the rudest tone ever. They make you feel like youre being a burden calling for an appointment or a simple question. A doctors office should make you feel comfortable and help you, this place makes you feel embarrassed and rushed. My insurance company showed they took our insurance at their office and address, but when I called for a question they cut me off and said "NO we do not take that." making me feel as if they looked down on patients who use Tricare, and when I asked why Tricare said they do, and verified that it was this office and address and appointed her as my primary doctor, they stated that Dr. Hutchinson only has it under her name since she works at the hospital… but will not take it All I know is that I will NEVER call this office again, or step foot in the door and I will tell every person I know about my experience and spread it through the military community. Any person who needs health care deserves better than what they give you here. Tricare is looking into the shadiness of her standing. Sickening.

nice lady, but doesn't listen and had prescribed a med that I was allergic to, even though it was right in front of her. Receptionist was really nasty. would not recommend this physician, basically due to her staff.
