Wait long time to see her. Way pass appt. Than rush you out

felt real at ease with Dr. Kuo. highly recommended. She was real easy to talk to about private issues.

Dr. Kuo is a competent physician. She is practical, observant and dedicated to her patient's health and well being. I have and will continue to recommend her to others in need of good health care.

I went in very upset about my health, she brushed off my symptoms, told me to take antidepressant. When I asked if another medication is was on could be the issue, she said doctors.don't like it when you ask questions about something we didn't prescribe. No bedside manner!

I was searching online for Dr. Kuo's office phone number when I came across this review that said her bedside manner was poor. I feel like I had to write a review too because my experience recently was totally the opposite. She was a very caring doctor who took the time to discuss with me concerns and questions and I felt she cared to take the time. Her follow-up has been wonderful. I left thinking wow, this is the kind of doctor you can have meaningful discussions with about your health which is kind of rare so I have been very happy.

Dr. Kuo is not my primary doctor But I am going to see if I can switch primary Doctors ASAP . I have seen her several times and she has been very caring to my medical needs unlike my primary Dr. Who works in the same office. She is very proactive in helping her patients and takes the time to listen to you. I am especially thankful that she works on Saturdays.

There was nothing in my chart about why I was there even though I just had a diagnostic exam the week before to be followed up by this visit. When I began briefly giving a background of my medical history which should have been in my chart she alluded ...no told me I was wasting her time....told her then it should all have been in my chart....Phillip Kuo has been my primary physician for 35 years...then she said I was being aggressive...profusely apologized if I was seaming that way...I have a potential heart problem so I wasn't in there for a splinter. Left the office with referrel to a heart specialist that I finally requested.. As I got in the car, I started to go over the visit and became increasingly angry....I was not wasting her time...I WAS PAYING FOR IT. She is rude and has a very big superiority complex....writing a letter to the Medical Board....she should have chosen a profession as an accountant in a back office, not anything to do with human interaction....much less… a doctor....as much compassion as a turnip!

Dr. Kuo was very rude, she made me feel like I was not important and that I was low class compared to her. She should not be in a profession which involves patient care.I also heard her speak meanly to her staff and the other doctor. She is terrible. I tell all my family and friends to not see her or any of the Kuos

Would not recommend to a friend.
