Very competent decisive and overallprofessional and knowledgeable

Dr. Glassenberg does indeed come across as gruff. But I agree with the other reviewer who stated that, that is a good thing. He is very responsive to the needs of the patient. He makes decisions and expects his patients to abode by them. I have a lot of respect for this man.

Dr. Glassenberg definitely does not beat around the bush. He calls it like He sees it, and can come off a bit gruff. I appreciate that trait in a Doctor since most patients expect to be told what they want to hear, and are put off when a physician tells them otherwise. I have a great appreciation for Him and his staff.

I had a good experience with Dr. Glassenberg... I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but everything was good for me. I had several complex problems, and I think Dr. Glassenberg is very astute at figuring out puzzles. Most other doctors could not help me & passed the buck.

Dr. Glassenberg has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've seen in my entire life. I can't imagine anyone volunteering to put themselves through a second visit with him. I'm forced to see this doctor because he's the only neurologist in my group. The staff seemed cordial enough until I was waiting in the reception area for my appointment, when I couldn't help but overhear one of the office staff talking about a couple of the patients that she was just on the phone with. If you can, spare yourself and go and see a doctor with a more caring demeanor and a more professional staff.
