Trying to get past the rude staff is your first obstacle. They are very rude, uncaring and never ever smile. You have to make a different appointment for each thing that is ailing you. Seems like all they want is money. They have so much to learn about customer service it’s a shame. I would be fired at my job if I acted like that. You have to wait a month to get an appointment and then another month in the waiting room and once your called back to a room it’s another month. I’ve had the doctor fall asleep on me while talking and writing out prescriptions. He is a nice enough person, not like the front office staff. But he basically let’s you diagnose yourself. If you truly care about your health I would recommend looking elsewhere for a doctor.

Wait times in the lobby and exam room are ridiculous especially when waiting a month to get an appointment. Also, don't waste your time scheduling with the so called NP. He's useless. Prescribes the wrong medication and has no clue how to diagnose and interact with patients and their concerns.

Mr sarkar has no concern for your health. He essentially allows you to diagnose and treat yourself. No full exams are done but documentation would show fraud.

They are the worst i ever seen about getting paperwork you need, if you need that plan on a month in advance seriously. Dr. sarkar i would give a 1 star also.

I hate the staff here. They are so rude. Doctor is good but they don't have any emotions all they want is MONEY. please ignore going to him. They will not value your time first they will make you wait in the lobby for an hour and then in the room for more than an hour. You guys need to learn some manners and some good behavior.

Dr. Sarkar makes each annual visit a pleasure. Examines in detail each lab result before consulting with us. Takes the time needed to ensure you understand the lab results and prescribes the necessary steps to improve ones health. Even possesses a sense of humor.
