Dr. Nabil Badro, MD

Doctor offers a surgery that he should not. Sued the guy and filed a complaint with the Md board of physicians over botched procedure that began late and which he never involved himself in at all. Yet, he gives a medical consent form (not a contract) that states he will make incisions and do the surgery. Scheduled me on a day the office was closed - he had one person come in but that was because he called the person back and they came in for a couple minutes and left. Badro babysat the hair technician’s child as it was apparent free babysitter service was the reason why that date was chosen. Doesn’t admit procedure was total failure when it was clear it was. Tells you he will refund money over the phone and face to face but not in writing because then there would be a record. Chooses to defer to his lawyer for no reason whenever a patient demands or simply asks what should be done. Stalls and wastes time with patients. Staff lies to patients who are dissatisfied. I was told by the… office manager that, “Dr. Badro doesn’t have an email address” when I asked. Was given the excuse that, “he prefers to talk to customers and he’s ‘old school’ being over 70”. Everyone has an email address, many people 2, especially in the year 2025 and given he’s a businessman and doctor. Never answers questions during consultation so I would suggest you leave before giving him any money. I asked him “how many hair transplants or procedures have you done”. He said, “many, many”. No joke. He should have also added that he has been sued in court “many many” times as I believe I was plaintiff number 15. He is the only doctor I have ever seen in my life who has been sued, let alone multiple times, seemingly about every 2 years. Someone also drove a car through his office shortly before I came in for my procedure but after the deposit was given. That was another red flag as his office is back in the trees nowhere near a highway where this could be possible by accident. Insists checks be made out to him personally, not his business. The name of the business does not appear anywhere on the business. This does not seem ethical to me at all. Again, what you sign doesn’t tell you at all what procedure you are getting, how much hair you will get, who will do the work, or what he will do to make it right in the event of failure. Yet it says, “Dr. Badro will do everything he can to make the outcome favorable and to ensure patient satisfaction, etc. or comments along those lines in plain English. He does nothing of the sort.

From the first and only office visit my experience with this surgeon has been terrible. The man is rude, undependable, and unprofessional. He never called with information concerning my surgery. Once my surgery was finally set up his office called after 9pm the night before and said my heart doctor wouldn’t ok it. This turned out to be a lie.

The only problem I had was when I arrived for my appointment the waiting room was full. So it was a while to wait but Dr. Badro was great he performed two surgeries on me and I healed fine! I would go back to him and send family and friends!

Dr Badro took the fear of having surgery out of me. he is very professional and did an amazing job on my lower hernia and i healed quickly with no complications. i will reccomend Dr Badro to anyone in need of surgery.

I ended up hospitalized for a week after surgery that was done laparoscopic. Dr. Badro could have cared less and I rarely saw him. Surgery was performed at then North Arundel, now called Baltimore Washington. I later found out from pharmacist that he was also associated with a couple terrible surgeries up at Johns Hopkins where much more severe damage had been done to a teenage girl and an elderly woman. For myself it was emergency surgery, so I didnt have time to do the research in advance. Protect your loved ones, do not go this route if you dont have too.

Very amazing Surgeon. I was going through my very first surgery Ive ever had a few weeks ago and surgery has always been my BIGGEST FEAR! However, Dr. Badro made me feel Comfortable and did a really nice job. took care of me and Did everything expected and then some.. I would recommend Dr. Badro to everyone. Im very pleased with how well he and the staff took care of me and I wouldn't be scared to go through another surgery if I had to..
