Dr. Nabila Syeda Farooq, MD

Saw her for 2 years. Prescribed medicine for the "side effects" of them, never really treated my main symptoms. When I complained about taking 6 different medicines for one issue, she had me take a drug test (all clean) because she didn't think there was a reason I shouldn't "be just fine". That's when I left the practice. Found a new Dr, they started me on 1 medicine and I've been on it ever since (years)

I will be finding another doctor that cares to listen to how your doing! Every visit I have with her she asks how everything is going. When I'm having issues she doesn't want to hear it. She right away gets rude and raises her voice and doesn't let you finish. Then falsely accuses you of something that is not true. I have been seeing her for a little over a year. She constantly forms her opinion that is not accurate, puts her false opinion into your records and not letting me even defend yourself. Her normal wait is 35 to 45 minutes after your schedule time. Sad that there were some visits that I've had to not express my feelings and say I was doing well when in fact i wasn't because I didnt want to hear her cut me off then get rude and raise her voice at me. Leaving me to feel more anxious!

Dr. Nabila Faroog is an excellent doctor, she has a very professional and caring approach. I am a mental health professional myself so it was hard for me to seek treatment. Dr. Nabila's approach is integrative and holistic. She helped me understand my depression and provided me with both clinical and nutritional information.

My wait was almost hours. She was rude and wouldn't let me talk.

I was sincerely disappointed in the professionalism of this office. I waited three hours past my appointment time to see the doctor, and then she rushed through our initial meeting because she had to be somewhere. They also took people whose appointments were after mine before me because they were established patients, I was new. The doctor was barely apologetic about my wait time and full of excuses, but I understand she is notorious for running behind. When you're treating people with mental and emotional disorders, it's borderline abuse to make them wait hours when they have an appointment. I am currently looking for a new doctor.
