Honestly one of the nicest, most considerable and compassionate people I have ever interacted with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Dr. Malik is not just an excellent physician, but just a wonderful person to talk to in general, especially if you are feeling overwhelmed with fidnings that are presented to you at the hospital. Not only did he explain my wife's diagnosis to me very clearly and offer much of his valuable time to me, he also ensured that both my wife and I knew what to expect next, in terms of symptoms she may experince, medications, and any other questions that I could have asked. Dr. Malik is extremely empathetic and cares about his patients, he still calls to make sure that everything is going well with my wife and her treatment plan, even though he is a pathologist and doesn't have to deal with this aspect of patient care. It just shows what a compassionate person he is. To the unfortunate person who left a comment below me, I am truly sorry that you feel this… way. In all honestly, no one wants to hear you rant about your personal life and law school, if you had any common sense you would not write that on this page. This website is to help people find kind, caring physicians, not to hear about some sad soul rant about their life. So please, do everyone a favor and stop trying to taint people's reputations, it is honestly very pathetic and I'm appalled that you would present a personal "issue" here. Every other person who I have spoken with who has interacted with Dr. Malik has had very positive experiences and patient care with him, so in conclusion, if you need someone to make the right diagnosis, explain it to you, and basically just be a compassionate person, Dr. Malik is your guy!
