Dr Paroya has been my family dr for a few years now . He is very professional and knowledgeable . I'm so happy I switched to his practice . All my questions and concerns are covered . Cathy is an amazing asset to his practice as well . She is very proficient and polite ! I look forward to seeing her every visit because she's personable.

My experience with Dr. Paroya was easily a five-star one and it actually extends beyond my time in his office. Prior to my visit, I scheduled an appointment without any hassle and when I arrived, the wait felt effortless. In my appointment, Dr. Paroya was attentive, friendly, and most of all, incredibly helpful. He diagnosed the infection I had and prescribed me the medication I needed to make a speedy recovery. I’ve experienced doctors telling me my symptoms aren’t too severe and that I shouldn’t worry about them, so I’m really happy to have found someone willing to listen and attempt to understand what I’m feeling.

I would rate him the best physician. He would never make you feel rushed, will always take the time to listen and address your concerns with a very positive attitude.

Dr Paroya is a wonderful doctor he takes the time to listen to you although he speaks very low at times its hard to hear him..as for miss Seymour shes very rude she never Answer the phone or calls in Prescription when needed. when the dr is sitting right beside her she acts Innocent. when dr is not their shes very very rude. please Bring back Carol

Customer service is also a very important part of providing good customer service. The Dr. seemed knowledgeable but the front desk representative is not helpful and is quite rude. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
