Dr Helmi is very detailed in explaining procedures and doesn't make you feel as though he is rushing. He truly shows that he cares about your improved health. He always has a warm personality.

I wanted to take a moment to write because I feel most people only write when they have negative experiences. My visit to Dr Helmi was by referral and I could not have been more pleased. He was patient and extremely knowledgable. He was able to treat my chronic pain when other doctors were unsuccessful.

I have been suffering from lower back pain since a car accident in 1998. I have seen several doctors over the years and tried numerous remedies. Dr. Helmi was not only kind, understanding, and patient, he is also extremely knowledgable and very well skilled. I am impressed that he trained at one of the countries top medical clinics, Cleveland Clinic, and am lucky that he brings such high quality techniques to Las Vegas. I do not like to take medication that simply masks the pain and Dr. Helmi not only understands my concern, he shares it and treated the actual problem and gave me instructions on how to maintain a pain-free life. He is a wonderful doctor who is a true pain management specialist. I have already scheduled to take my mother to see him as I am confident he will relieve her of the leg pain she is suffering from. I recommend Dr. Helmi with full confidence to anyone who wants true pain management and relief and not just a bunch of prescriptions.

This so called doctor, who believes using the word sh.t multiple times, and repeatedly saying "I don't care", needs to be stripped of his medical license. I have been under the care of many doctors (over 40 years due to a blood disorder) and this one has to be the worst. Uncaring, unsympathetic, and most importantly, his medical opinion is wrong. Maybe he confused me with another patient, but certainly his attitude and lack of any professionalism was uncalled for, no matter whom the patient was. Do yourselves a favor and please stay away from this one.
