Dr. Nadereh Nadia Behnam, MD

I was diagnosed with HPV the other day and she called me to tell me this of course, but instead of consoling me and giving me information on my treatment options or even how common it is in sexually active people, she just berated me about not using condoms and having premarital sex with my long term boyfriend. All the information I now have about my diagnosis was from my own research afterwards, she was no help. I am going to planned parenthood to get more answers because she is useless and has always shamed me. She is not professional at all regarding young women having sex, WOMEN BE WARNED

Extremely unprofessional conduct of the office staff (Dr. Behnam's husband, to be more specific). I was seen once by Dr. Behnam, I came back for the 2nd annual check up. They gave me a gown and put me in the room where the doctor was supposed to come and examine me. After 35 minutes of no one showing up, I hear the doctor going into another room, I call the front desk to ask when would she be seeing me; at that point it was 40 minutes past my appointment and I had to go back to work. Her husband said "you're next!", to which I replied that she had just walked in to see another patient. He asked if I wanted to move my appointment; I got dressed and went to the front desk. He came at me with an attitude, no apology and no acknowledgment of wrongdoing. I said I'd look for another doctor. When I left the office I tried calling to have them prep my file so that I can take it to another doctor. I called 5 times and every time they saw my number, they'd send it to voicemail (normally someone… always picks up after the 1st ring), it was clearly ignorant, shameless and unprofessional behavior till the end.

Thanks to Dr. Behnam's skills and abilities, I am now cancer-free. During my annual exam she detected something that concerned her and ordered tests that indicated cancer's probable presence. Successful surgery followed, before it had spread. Dr. Behnam is warm and caring while being extremely conscientious. My family and I are very grateful to her!

Horrible experience!!! I want to send this to all woman who are considering this person. Cant even call her a doctor.

I am trying to warn women to stay away from her.. Please!!!!! No one would ever believe what happen to me but trust me it was horrible and after two and a half years I am still in pain. I have seen so many doctors now to help me get relief and finally a urologist has found a way for some relief. ND is always in a big rush and that day was the worse ever!!! Please, be happy that I am trying to save other women from injury . Iwould take my pet to her.. All I can say is STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Behnam is the very best gyn lady. God Bless her.

She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your diagnosis until you feel you have understood it all.

HORRIBLE!!! I HAD THE WORST TWO YEARS OF MY LIFE AFTER A PAP TEST.. PLEASE !!FROM ONE WOMAN TO ALL WOMEN STAY AWAY!!!!

i am so happy she has been and still is my obgyn. she has delivered all 3 of my boys and it was an awesome experience
