Dr. Nadia Marcela Mileo, MD

My 20-year old daughter's experience with Dr. Mileo was horrific. My daughter came to her to get help and treatment, but instead she was shamed, scolded, and judged by a doctor. Dr. Mileo has tendency to put her own values and beliefs on the clients as she advised my daughter to go to gym instead of having sex and compared her with "all these Miami girls who end up with abortions". She also told my daughter that she'd better have sex with a father of her future kids. When I ( as an upset mother) had a conversation with Dr. Mileo, she told me that my daughter had "more than enough partners to get STDs", even though my daughter told the doctor that she had a couple of sexual relationships. It is not a doctor's place at all to suggest how many partners ones should have or not! After her visit, my daughter was devastated and hysterically crying in a car in the parking lot. She left a doctor's office ashamed and humiliated that she even forgot to ask the doctor about her partner's… treatment because Dr. Mileo advised my daughter not to see "the guy who gave her STD" anymore. I must say my daughter's diagnosis was NOT STD as a result. Dr. Mileo just decided that it was!!!!!!! After I talked to Dr. Mileo, she told me that this is her way "to counsel her clients". This doctor should not be seeing young girls or even talk to them because instead of healing, treating, and educating them, she brings on them her unhealthy, shameful, and not intelligent thoughts. Dr. Mileo is completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and closed-minded horrible doctor. Don't ever let your daughters go to her. I also will be writing a complaint to the Medical Board and insurance company.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mileo for 5 years and 2 pregnancies. The wait time is sometimes long, but any Ob-Gyn office can have unexpected waits due to the nature of pregnancy. Her new office has much less of a wait and her phlebotomist is the absolute best. I'm so happy Dr. Mileo has her started her own OB-GYN group!

dr mileo is very busy and the office can have long waits. however, this is because she will squeeze in emergencies, won't rush you through visits, and makes sure your questions are answered. i had a really rough time adapting to my pregnancy, and she would listen and offer real advice. i ended up getting really sick in 2nd trimester and was hospitalized for 5 days or so with an intestinal infection. she called the hospital and made sure they put me iland even came to visit me and check on me, even memorial day. she re-assured me through the buckets of anxiety from running such high fevers and having to take strong antibiotics. my daughter was born the one weekend she told me she would be out of town, but she was born healthy and has never been sick in 3 years. pregnancy and delivery may not always be what we imagine, but dr mileo and her assistant do their best to guide you through it all.

I have called to make an appointment 2 days ago. I went to the appointment today and the office was closed. It is Friday 24th at 1 pm and nobody ever called me or notified me. I will never go back there! This is so unprofessional!

What an amazing doctor! Great bedside manners, great team of nurses and I couldn't be happier to be Dr. Miloe's patient!

Dr Mileo misdiagnosed me and put my unborn baby’s life and my own life at risk. I am happy to still be pregnant and am hoping that stress caused by this has no consequences on my child’s health. Also, she has no bedside manners, just careless and unprofessional, unprepared for visits not to mention wait time. I would stay away, there are plenty good Drs in Ft Lauderdale! I only ended up with her cause my old Dr stopped doing OB and they’re in the same practice.

Very poor doctor, made horrible decisions. Ruined our delivery. She is very disgusting. Do not use her ever. Unitelligent, i dont how she got trough med school.

Very bad doctor, ruined our babys deliver, she did not make it special. Wasnt prepared and made wrong decisions hurting my wife. Digusting personality

An hour late to our appt. Tells us EXACTLY the same thing as our previous appt. NOTHING NEW. Tells me to go on medicine for one month in order to have testing done, then doesn't send in prescription! When I go to get prescriptions its the wrong one and $200 instead of being free, so have to call and sort that out. Then doesn't send in test prescription/request and now I have missed the window to get the testing done. Worst experience, worst I have ever been to.

Horrible Dr. With an even worse bedside manner.
