Dr. Nadia Poustovoit

I was very disappointed in Dr. Nadia Poustovoit. She took on a job with my mother and made positive promises throughout. My mother needed a non removable denture. After consulting with a surgeon, she promised she would be able to be successful in my mother's case. However, she failed to work individually and constantly needed help from a lab technician to place or remove the denture which should have been her qualification if she were to take on this case. She caused my mother extreme unnecessary pain for months. One of the screws loosened and my mother went straight to her, but she refused to either fix the issue or remove the denture altogether, that caused the denture that was to be non-removable move and constantly beat against my mother's gums for three days. After which she requested for the denture to be removed altogether because her gums were so irritated that she was in pain even as she drank fluids. This doctor took on a case because it was very expensive and she wanted to… make money but she could not do the job. yet, refused to acknowledge it and took my mother to a point until she could no longer bear the pain. It is unfortunate that sometimes doctors forget that they are there to help the patients and not have them suffer. My mother could have avoided lot of pain and a hefty payments. We now are seeking help from another dentist.
