Dr. Nadia Rajack, MD

Dr. Nadia Rajack specializes in geriatric medicine, focusing on the comprehensive care of older adults. She earned her medical degree from The University of the West Indies and completed her residency training at Port of Spain General Hospital in 2005, followed by additional residency work at State University of NY Health Science Center/Brooklyn in 2009. Dr. Rajack has pursued extensive fellowship training, including programs at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2010, State University of NY Health Science Center/Brooklyn in 2013, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2019. With 23 years of medical experience, she holds board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Rajack practices at Baylor Scott & White Supportive Palliative Care in Plano, Texas, and maintains hospital affiliations with Cary Medical Center. Her clinical expertise includes treating complex conditions such as prostate cancer, …including advanced and metastatic cases as well as recurrent disease. She incorporates therapeutic approaches like physical therapy and manual therapy into patient care.
