Dr Siddiqui’s office made a mistake by scheduling a video call with my wife that wasn’t needed. The call lasted 2 minutes with the doctor acknowledging that the call shouldn’t have been scheduled by her office. However, the office proceeds to charge us for a full visit, and then goes radio silent when we ask for the charges to be reversed. Unacceptable and unprofessional. We have detailed documentation of everything and will be escalating further.

During my visit, the doctor was very distracted and I didn't feel heard. She was driving her car and glazing over my comments and she was late on to the call.
