Dr. Nadia Strucko Shaw

Nadia Strucko, O.D. is a Board Certified Optometric Physician and received her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2009 where she specialized in low vision, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Towson University. After working in Finance for three years at T. Rowe Price, she chose to return to optometry school to pursue her love of science and medicine. Dr. Strucko is a co-founder with her husband, Dr. Steven Shaw, of Shaw Eye Care Associates which became EyeCare Center of Ocala. She specializes in primary eye care, diagnosing and managing ocular disease, including diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. She also fits specialty contact lenses including rigid gas permeables. Dr. Strucko holds professional affiliations with the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, and North Central Florida Optometric Society.
