Called to get information about office hours to try and schedule an appointment. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said she couldn’t give me that information. They really need someone with manners and phone etiquette to answer the phone.

Dr Zacca was very detailed and professional the staff was excellent very kind and helpful overall the visit went well. They accommodated us and gave us an appointment the next day.

Dr. Zacca is very thorough and friendly. He spends time with his patients and answers any questions you may have and makes sure you understand what's going on with your health care. He cares about his patients. The staff is very friendly and cares about the patients and their needs as well. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I would recommend him to others with no hesitation.

I have been a patient of Dr Zacca's for over 10 years. In that time other members of my family have needed his services including my parents and my wife and daughter. We have all been very satisfied with his attention to our needs and his ability to make things happen while attending to our needs at the hospital. A few folks have complained about wait times for routine visits to his office but I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary considering that he generally is performing procedures early in the morning before seeing patients in the office. I am confident that he will spend the appropriate amount of time each and every time I visit him and do not feel rushed.
