Dr. Pappas did my breast biopsy and then lumpectomy years ago. I remain cancer-free and due to her careful work, have limited scarring. She took all the time I needed everytime I saw her (and I continued to go for follow-up visits for a couple of years after my surgery) and was never anything except very human, caring, careful and compassionate. Excellent surgeon whom I highly recommend.

Dr.Pappas is a calm, caring professional and we are lucky to have her in our area.

I would highly recommend this doctor. She took her time to review previous results to compare with most resent ones. She's smart, experienced and takes enough time to explain everything.

If you're looking for a kind encouraging doctor. This one is not for you. Actually berated me when I started to cry when She told me I was going to get cancer again in my other breast and organs. She said, "That's what I don't like about you. You're so negative." she never followed up after that and forgot to assign me a nurse facilatator. Basically she's a slash and dash surgeon. Never went back to her again.

If your'e looking for sensitivity and compasssion this isn't your doctor. No follow up..no facilitator..pooor communication skills.

One of the worst doctors I've ever dealt with. Rude, insulting, cold. Never visited me in the hospital after my surgery and never followed up after my release. I called her office and made an appointment 3 weeks after surgery since I hadn't heard from her. During the appointment she told me that "I was going to get cancer again." When I became dismayed she said, "See, that's what I don't like about you...you're so negative." She had just told me three weeks after my mastectomy that I was going to get cancer again and SHE didn't like MY reaction! I could go on and on...

I found Dr. Pappas to ce highly competent, spititual, friendly, and supportive. She put me at ease from the moment I met her. Here staff was extremely helpful to myself and my Mom. I am truly grateful ever today seven years cancer free thankd to her (and others that led me to her)! I would highly recommend her without reservations (as I have already)!

This was a second visit with me. This Dr. always seems preoccupied. She does not follow up and it is difficult to make an appointment as she is only there 3 half days. I had hoped that the first visit was just a bad day, but it was not. I will not be back to see this dr.
