Awful customer service

Hope is a nurse practitioner but she make up story to tell behind patient’s family members. When I was there she said no word to me. She is so chicken ??. A few months later, she came to my mom and told my mom but it was all wrong! What is wrong with this person!

She said “FU” to customer and talked behind the customer. Also, Hope is acted as doctor talked behind customer too! I have never see any doctor office like this office.

Terrible customer service. Talked behind customers. They love to talk behind customers. Said “FU” to customer. The front desks have more power then the doctor or manager. Treated differently to each patient! They said to customer that they are welcome for patients to transfer to another doctor! Dr. Sidrick is good but her employees are so horrible!

I had had so many BAD experiences with Dr.'s that I had sworn off of them unitl I was nearly in a coma with undiagnosed diabetes & HAD to see a Dr. She had just opened a practice in my heighborhood so I gave it a shot. OMG. The BEST I have ever had! ALWAYS discusses my condition & options with me & treats me with respect rather than arrogance & I'm too busy.She is amazing!!

Dr Sidrick Nadine she is a good Dr. I want in for a full check up and that what i got from her she took her time with me answer all my ? and i found out that day i might have Diabetes she walk me through a Six month plan to get better and take the test aging to make sure before she put me on full time Medication and i am doing good. Thank you for caring for your Patient!!! It hard to fine but when you do we need to tell every body :))

Very thorough

This doctor listened to me, asked questions, and wrote things down She offered ideas on how to proceed, things I could do that might be helpful, & paid attention to how my insurance worked so I wouldn't be overloaded with out-of-ocket expenses. What more can you ask for in a doctor? If there is a miracle cure, I feel like she will find it!
