Terrible customer service, the office staff is not helpful at all, rude and never answers the phone. This doctor has no interest in her patients. She requests patients to get TESTS (mammogram, MRI, etc) before they make an appointment to come see her. The secretaries will NOT make an appointment unless you have those test done prior to the appointment. I asked to please give me a consult so she can see me before having those invasive expensive tests they refused to give me an appointment. I wonder if this is legal?? does anyone know???

This doctor has no interest in her patients. Continually funnels me to the nurse practitioner.

Most doctors are just about giving their patients their diagnosis followed up by the possible right treatment...EXCEPT Dr. MOULAYES.. As a woman, to feel or to suspect I might be diagnosed with breast cancer is the most horrifying feeling ever. Dr. Moulayes eased my fear by explaining in detail everything I could possibly face. Her demeanor, tone of voice, and bed side manner made me feel like I was definitely going to beat whatever my fate was destined to be. By the time I left the office, I knew that I was in the right hands and was confident that I picked the right doctor. I recommend her to anyone who's looking for a doctor who's willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

I never write reviews on doctors but felt it needed in this case..office staff hardly ever answers phone or returns messages..loses paperwork and testing report results...dr. Is belittling with no bed side manner and of no help..do not recommend her to anyone..
