Definitely listened to my problems. Wait time was long, but not a doctor’s fault.

She is a great listener and I felt very comfortable opening up to her. She explained to me my medication regiment, which my previous provider did not take time to go over, and made some changes to it which helped a lot. I definitely recommend her.

Dr. Nadya Friedman is a terrible doctor and feels as though she can make a Bipolar DX after only a 20-minute session without giving any information on why she is giving you that DX. She hopes to medication after only one session so you are forced to keep coming and seeing her. Do not see her.

Though she can be expensive $150-$200, depending how frequently you see her, I find Nadya to be a solid psychiatrist for BiPolar Disorder. She listens and takes things slow with medications, which I like since I was weary of getting on medications. So far, her mixture (200 lamictal, 20 mg celexa and .5 mg klonopin as needed) has been working for me. So far, her bedside manner works with me -- she lets you talk but, controls the conversation and brings it back to the focus with problem. She's compassion but, holds her poker face, which I respect and find very professional and helpful.
