Great Doctor! Very attentive to his patients.

Dr. Aslum is a good doctor but his office staff is totally incompetent. I had blood work done and called 5 times over a 2week period for the results and never received a call back, I then finally reached a live person instead of voicemail who immediately gave me the results, but that was not the end of it, I then received 4text messages in the next 10days with the results that were already given to me. 3months later I had a colonoscopy that yielded polyps which were sent out for a biopsy, I have called 6times for those results and have not received any response and can't get anyone to answer the phone. I will no longer be using Dr. Aslam because of his office staff in spite of the fact that he is a good doctor.

Orders tests that are out of network with your insurance company and does not make you aware of this beforehand. Office was dirty and staff are not helpful. Doctor does not get back with you once your test results are in. You must call repeatedly and try to get someone from his office to give you your results. He is very hard to understand.
