Dr. Nagaraj S Kikkeri, MD

I've been coming to Dr. Kikkeri for 2-3 years, but things have gone downhill. Karen is extremely rude , and she does NOT care about the patients. Every single month I am treated like a criminal because I simply want my medication to be called in when it is due. They go off of dates instead of counting the days, which is extremely frustrating because they don't seem to understand that not every month has 30 days! Some months actually have 31 days, so you cannot go off of the date the RX was filled. It's ridiculous, and if you try & explain this to them they think you're crazy. I'm so sick and tired of wasting my time with this Dr.'s office.

I'm an older patient with several health issues. I've been a patient of Dr. Kikkeri for 8 YEARS, driving 1 hr 15 mins one way EVERY month, never missing a single appt. I had no issues with Dr. Kikkeri but rather the staff responsible for getting my prescriptions to the pharmacy. Without fail, for most of the ENTIRE 8 YEARS, and even being on the EXACT same meds for years, I would ALWAYS have to call the office at least once to get my prescriptions sent in. My last visit on Sept 2023, one of my RX was called in a whole week AFTER the others, throwing it off the schedule of the other 3 RX. This meant two different trips into town, a long way for me, from that point forward because pharmacies won't fill RX early. They really didn't seem to care about the hardships this causes patients who are already feeling like crap. This persisted for 8 YEARS before I finally decided that the stress and wear & tear on my body & vehicle was no longer worth it. I came home, trashed EVERY RX I had,… including from my cardiologist, and said to hell with it all. Staff can make or break a doctor. And the ineptitude of his staff will cause him to lose more patients.

Dr. K and his staff are amazing. The front staff, including Karen and Pat, and the Dr.’s assistants, including Jenny, are all like family. I also can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Phillips, and Dr. Paul and Annabelle in physical therapy. I’m sorry I can’t list everyone, but they all go above and beyond to make sure that the patient is taken care of and all of their needs are met. They have helped me and my husband manage our neck and back pain, and I highly recommend this practice.

I am extremely happy with my experience - to live pain free is a joy! Thank you!

Excellent pain management doctor and staff. Extremely grateful for their quality of care and treatment. Personable, kind and fun. The friendly atmosphere makes a world of difference, thanks to all.

Excellent Doctor, have been a loyal patient for years to Dr. Kikkeri. His care changed my life , I know can enjoy life without pain.

As a construction worker I suffer from a lot of pain. With his help, Dr. Kikkeri keeps me working so I can still live the life I want. The injections I receive every few months help me the most. The whole staff is caring and attentive and always give 100%.

Dr. K has portrayed immense compassion for his patients like something I have never seen. He truly cares about the health of his patients and finding relief.

I found this doctor to be arrogant and uncaring. I will NOT be returning to him.
